Class designed to increase range of motion and help manage pain for those with fibromyalgia. A physician’s diagnosis for fibromyalgia is required.

Class combines fun with fitness to increase cardiovascular fitness and muscular endurance with a standing circuit workout offering a chair for support if needed. Hand held weights, elastic tubing and balls are used for upper body strengthening.

Silver Sneakers I Classic

Class combines fun with fitness while moving to music. Variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of motion and activity for daily living skills are performed. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing and a ball are offered for resistance and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.

Low Impact Aerobics

Class consists of a warm-up, cardio work, strength training for the upper body and final stretching portion. Adaptable to anyone’s fitness level.

High intensity class consisting of cardiovascular and resistance training including intervals, circuits, weights, plyometrics and core work. Both high and low impact versions of all exercises will be demonstrated.

Stretch & Tone

Class designed to strengthen upper and lower body as well as the core. Weights, bands and balls are used to build strength and endurance. Class finishes with relaxation and stretching. All fitness levels are welcome.
