March 1, 2012 Mobile, Alabama—Providence Hospital leaders today announced the hospital's fourth annual Catholic Schools Art Contest. Held in conjunction with the Festival of Flowers, scheduled for March 29 - April 1, judging for the contest will take place on March 7 and 8. Students from Catholic schools in Mobile and Baldwin counties are submitting artwork for this contest.
Winning entries will be displayed on NBC 15's web site, www.local 15tv.com, and viewers will be able to vote for a "People's Choice" overall winner. The winning entries will also be displayed at the Festival of Flowers. The artwork will then be permanently displayed at the Providence Hospital Cancer Center.
